 Why should I hire Coastal Administration?

Coastal Administration offers an efficient, professional, and friendly service. The company is owned and run by Catherine Stewart, who has over 10 years' customer service and administrative experience. 
The aim of Coastal Administration is to look after clients administration needs leaving them to focus on the running of their business. 

What are your work hours?

Coastal Administration is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We are closed at weekend and bank holidays. 

How do I sign up for your services?

In the first instance contact Coastal Administration either via telephone or email and we will be in contact to discuss your requirements. Once you have decided to go ahead a contract will be issued for you to sign and we will let you know how to get started. 

Can I switch between the different package options?

Yes, you can change the package that you have opted for. All that is required to make the change is written communication via email given 7 days notice of the change. 

Are there any services that Coastal Administration doesn’t offer?

At present Coastal Administration does not offer bookkeeping/accountancy services, as the company is not registered with MLR. Coastal Administration also does not offer cold calling/sales call services.  

Can I use the services on an ad-hoc basis?

Yes, all the services can be used on an ad-hoc basis and for this type of assistance you would be best to opt for the Pay as You Go contract option. 

Is Coastal Administration insured?

Yes, Coastal Administration is covered with Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Is Coastal Administration registered with any professional bodies?

Coastal Administration is a community member of the Society of Virtual Assistants. Coastal Administration is registered with ICO as a Data Controller and the Data Protection Registration Number is  ZB143915

What payment methods do you accept?

Coastal Administration accepts payment via BACS and Paypal. 

What is the cancellation policy?

Hopefully, you won’t need to cancel a service, however, if you need to the agreement can be terminated free of charge when requested in writing giving 30 days' notice. Failing to give 30 days written notice will result in a surcharge of £20.00.
